Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For digital products, refunds cannot be issued once files are delivered. For hardcover orders, refunds are only issued in cases of damage or error upon receipt. Please inspect your item upon delivery and email us immediately with clear photos if there is an issue, so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
